Placing an Order with us

Ready to move forward but still unsure about your measurements or colour choices? No problem! You can secure your order with us even if you haven’t made final decisions yet. There’s no obligation—if you change your mind, you can cancel your order and receive a refund of your 20% deposit (please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details).

Booking a Template appointment

Once you’re ready, our Simply Splashbacks team will get in touch to schedule a template appointment at a time that suits you. We’ll send over a pre-template guide and checklist to make sure everything is ready.

If your kitchen isn’t quite ready, don’t worry—just let us know when it is, and we’ll arrange the template date accordingly. We’ll confirm everything in advance and call you 24 hours before your appointment to finalise the time slot.

At Template

Once you’re happy with the final price, we’ll ask for the remaining balance, and your Simply Splashbacks order will go into production. If you decide not to proceed, there’s no pressure—we won’t move forward without your approval.

Between Template & Installation

To minimize any inconvenience, we strive to keep the lead time between your final payment and installation to just two weeks. During this period, we’ll stay in touch regularly to schedule your installation appointment, provide details on what to expect on installation day, and notify you of any preparatory work needed to ensure a smooth installation of your Simply splashbacks.

At Installation

On installation day, our expert team will leave a Simply Splashbacks care kit on site along with details of your 25-year warranty. After installation, we’ll follow up to make sure everything is perfect and to answer any questions you may have.

After Care
